Refund / Quality Guarantee 

Made for You – Custom & Personalized Orders
All of our products are made-to-order just for you — each piece is unique and created when you place your order. Because of this, under EU consumer law, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, select the wrong size or color, or wish to cancel your order.

Our Quality Guarantee
We stand by the quality of every item we create. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily remake or replace it free of charge. To make a claim, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. You do not need to send the product back.

Jewelry Orders
Jewelry items require Package Protection to be eligible for remake claims on missing deliveries.

If your jewelry arrives damaged, incorrect, or with the wrong artwork/message card, we’ll remake or resend the affected part of the order at no cost.

If your package is delayed in transit for an unusually long time, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

What’s Not Covered

  • Orders with the wrong size, color, or design chosen at checkout

  • Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5" tolerance)

Legal Note (EU Customers)
Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, which includes all our made-to-order items.
