We ship most products within 1-4 business days. 
Orders with consolidated shipping and multiple items may increase in price based on quantity, weight, size, carrier & location. 

The following are shipping times

Domestic

  • USA Standard : 2-5 Days - USPS/DHL 

International

  • Canada Standard: 5-10 Business Days - DHL/DDP 
  • International Standard: 3-30 Business Days - DHL/FedEx - $9.22 + $4.95/item
  • International Priority (select countries- see below): 2-5 Business Days - FedEx - $18.00 + $4.95/item

USA Priority important note: FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes, as they do not have access to them.

Production for some products can take up to 5 business days, once shipped they typically arrive to customers within 2-5 days (Excluding Sundays)

All times above can fluctuate occasionally for various reasons, including larger volumes of packages processed than normal, or delays to customs processing. 

Once an item leaves our warehouse and is handed to the carrier, the shipping process is the responsibility of the carrier.

While we do have access to tracking systems which can provide information, once a package is in the carrier network, we are unable to fulfil requests such as redirecting packages, recalling packages, or expediting shipping, and we will look to resolve shipping issues in other ways. If you have any issues with shipping, you should contact the carrier directly, as we are unable to contact them on your behalf. (you can find contact information below).

If an order has been shipped and the tracking has not been updated 30 days from the date shipped, you may contact Support for further investigation.

Ordering multiple quantities of the same line item may incur a Heavy Shipping charge, which replaces the standard. Depending on the item, this can range from 2 to 3 items per package. Heavy shipping prices are as follows:

  • 1-8 lbs (Heavy) USPS Ground: $12.00 for the first unit + $4.95/additional unit
  • 9-20 lbs (Super Heavy) USPS Ground: $18.00
  • 1-12.99 lbs (Midweight) DHL: $12.00 for the first unit + $4.95/additional unit

If an order has a quantity of 20 or more, it is considered a bulk order, and will receive a manual shipping quote delivered by email. This quote will need to be approved before shipping will proceed.

Shipping Carriers

  • For USA Domestic orders, we use USPS.
  • For USA Priority orders, we use FedEx.
  • For Canada Standard orders, we use DHL, and they are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) so your customer do not have to pay any additional fees.
  • For Canada Priority orders, we use FedEx. 
  • For Europe, UK, and International orders we use FedEx or DHL, depending on location.

All International domestic mail carriers operate a little differently. Please be aware that some may have reduced tracking facilities.

Additional Important Info

  • Tracking is available for all USA orders via Fedex/USPS.
  • All international mail items will show no tracking updates once they have left the USA, until they have cleared customs in the destination country. 
  • USA orders via USPS last-mile includes Saturday delivery.
  • While we make every effort to label our shipments to assist customers with the fastest delivery, if customs charges are applied on a shipment, this is payable by the customer.
  • Scattered Roses does not cover items that are lost or stolen in transit if the package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, unless the order was purchased with  Package Protection.
  • If you have issues with delivery, it's possible to file a claim with the carrier.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 business days to process payment for your order. Expect an email within that time to let you know your order is being processed, it takes 2-7 business days for order production, since it is made to order, before being shipped.  
  • Delivery Time: US  4-8 business days. International 10-30 Business days                                                                          
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), or holidays won't be processed until the next business day.
  • Delay Considerations: Unexpected delays, like payment issues, may affect delivery times.

International

Free Shipping to Canada!! Other international countries/territories outside of the US & Canada will have the amount of shipping shown at checkout.

The starting shipping price for these products costs $9.22 + $4.95/item for Standard, or $18.00 + $4.95/item for International Priority.

The fulfillment time is the same for some products, at 2-3 business days, and other products, 3-5 business days.

Scattered Roses is not responsible for any customs fees that an order may incur upon its arrival in the destination country.

All shipping addresses

The following shipping address requirements are applicable to all destinations:

  • The shipping address must be exclusively in Latin characters.
  • The limit for Address Line 1 is 35 characters, and for Address Line 2, it is 30 characters.
  • Scattered Roses does not provide address validation services. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.

PO box delivery

  • Delivery to a PO box is advised only for destinations in the United States. For other countries, delivery to a PO box is not advisable and is at the customer’s own risk.
  • PO boxes come in various sizes, so it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered product will fit in their PO box. The largest available box measures 12" x 22.5", so products exceeding these dimensions cannot be shipped to a PO box.
  • PO box addresses are not supported by Express Delivery. If a customer submits an order with Express Delivery and enters a PO box address, it will be imported as a standard order.
  • The correct address formatting guidelines should be followed when a shipment is directed to a PO box:
    • First name: John (matching the name on the box)
    • Last name: Smith (matching the name on the box)
    • Address 1: PO Box 1776
    • Zip code: 28034
    • City: Dallas
    • Country: United States
Note
Deliveries to a PO box might encounter delays or issues, even when the address guidelines are followed, so there is potential delivery risks, as the delivery guarantee is smaller compared to door delivery. Please note that if the address guidelines aren’t followed, or if order tracking confirms successful delivery, we won’t be able to offer compensation.
